1. I have MS, but MS doesn't have me.

2. I will make the best of my situation.

3. I will look forward to the things I have to live with now.

4. I will not cross bridges, before I get to them.

5. I will not borrow other peoples' problems.
They can take better care of them then I can.

6. I will not drown in self pity.

7. I will count each blessing, even the little ones.
A lot of little blessings add up to a big blessing.

8. I will take one day, or each hour, at the time.

9. I will thank God for my family.

10. I will pray each night for God's "Serenity
