A drug company in Great Britian wants to market a marijuana based medicine to treat multiple sclerosis and nervous system pain in the States.

GW Pharmaceuticals says it's accelerating plans to introduce cannabis-based medicines into America.

Sativex, is an under-the-tongue spray to treat the symptoms of multiple sclerosis and neuropathic pain.

The drug spray has already won approval in Canada.
